ASN Constructors is a joint venture of three international contractors (Acciona, Shikun & Binui and North American Construction Group) who will work with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and other area stakeholders to build a historic project that will protect the citizens of the Fargo-Moorhead area from flood waters from the Red River. The Document Control Manager organizes and maintains project drawings, documentation and related information related to design, procurement, quality, construction, commissioning, and operations.

Responsibilities :

• Work with a Aconex to register, organize, maintain, issue, and distribute the project plans, documentation, drawings, and records.
• Track, issue, distribute and manage Requests for Information, Change notifications, Deviations, etc.
• Receive, register, organize, and maintain project documentation relating to design, quality, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Adhere to the project document numbering system, document templates, processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Update document templates as needed.
• Ensure that documents are authorized, issued, and distributed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Support the project’s paper-based systems for the storage, distribution, and retrieval of documentation and records.
• Liaise with document originators and / or designers to ensure accuracy and to resolve discrepancies relating to the Document Management System.
• Administrative support to document control team when necessary.
• Weekly and monthly report coordination.
