Senior Distribution Center Operations Manager

• . This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume, multi-shift order fulfillment center.

Salary for this role is $115k-$130k.

You will provide direct leadership to up to four exempt managers and indirect leadership to a large non-exempt team. You'll own metrics for safety, quality, and cost, ensuring accurate product flow, resource optimization, and budget adherence. We need a leader focused on

continuous improvement

and developing an empowered, high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

Driving operational performance, quality, and positive employee relations.

Implementing staffing and engagement strategies.

Coaching and developing salaried managers.

Ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations.

You

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

5+ years of progressively responsible management experience in a high-volume, multi-shift operation, including leading exempt-level staff.

Experience leading two layers of management
