Position : Residential Service Plumber

Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues in residential homes and light commercial settings
  • Install and service water heaters, faucets, toilets, piping, and other plumbing systems
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommend solutions
  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with state and local plumbing codes
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Complete job documentation and service reports clearly and accurately

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience in residential service plumbing
  • Valid Virginia Journeyman or Master Plumber License
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to safety standards

    • Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience with tankless water heaters, water treatment systems, or home plumbing upgrades
  • Light commercial plumbing experience is a plus
