General Purpose Of Position

As part of the team, the shoe associate will be responsible for the execution of merchandising and operational functions in the shoe department. This individual will provide outstanding customer service, drive the sales and profitability of the store, and safeguard company assets.

Focus Of Position

  • Driving business results by placing a high priority on detail and accuracy to successfully complete all tasks
  • Delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating a high degree of professionalism
