Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our retail pharmacy team in Shamokin, Mifflinburg, and Berwick. This position offers an opportunity to drive pharmacy operations, enhance customer care, and ensure pliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania with a passion for patient care and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with store operations teams to drive associate engagement.

Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions, plying with Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance procedures.
Manage the pharmacy department to enhance profitability and prescription growth through clinical programs, immunization services, and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) when available.
Work with the pharmacy District Manager and staff to control inventory, monitor weekly sales, and order pharmaceutical stock as needed.
Align performance objectives to key department metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the Rx department.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patients with medical-related concerns and healthcare counseling.
Supervise, train, coach, and manage pharmacy associates to ensure high-quality service and pliance.
Maintain security and pliance of the pharmacy department.
Handle and resolve customer plaints to build trust and loyalty.
Collaborate with physicians and utilize reference materials to address customer and prescription-related issues.
Keep the pharmacy department clean, organized, and fully pliant with regulations.
Conduct ongoing training and development programs to improve team performance and reduce turnover.
Oversee essential pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Licensure : Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
Certifications : Pennsylvania Immunization License.
Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on customer service and business growth.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including variable day / afternoon shifts.
