We are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer with a strong background in video animation, graphic design, and 3D design to join our creative team. You will craft engaging visual content that brings our brand, products, and community experiences to life across digital platforms. Base pay range

$36,000.00 / yr - $55,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Video & Motion Graphics : Create animated videos, trailers, promotional, explainer videos, and motion graphics for product launches, events, and community engagement; design animations that align with our brand voice and Web3 aesthetic.

Graphic Design : Develop marketing assets including banners, infographics, social media visuals, events collateral, presentations, and branding materials.

3D Design : Develop 3D assets such as animations, graphic design assets, and reusable templates for use in marketing material.

Generative AI Tools : Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL

• E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML) to accelerate ideation and deliver refined concepts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with various departments and stakeholders to design visual content; stay current with Web3, digital art, and multimedia trends; identify opportunities to integrate new tools into design workflows; balance creative vision with business or technical constraints; maintain transparency in workflow and updates.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in graphic design, video animation, generative AI, and 3D design

Proficiency in industry-standard tools : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma

AI generative tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL

3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) – a plus

Project management tools (Airtable, Notion, Trello) – a plus

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory

Excellent communication skills; ability to present design ideas, accept feedback, and explain visual decisions

Solid portfolio showing animation, graphic, and 3D design work

Familiarity with blockchain, NFTs, and the Web3 ecosystem (or strong willingness to learn)

Proactive and collaborative; able to identify new creative ways to support the brand

High attention to detail; highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to continuous learning and experimentation, especially in design and AI-related tools

Open-minded with a growth mindset; able to learn new techniques and processes

Comfortable working in a flexible, non-traditional environment and managing own schedule across time zones

Willingness to work in a European timezone
