As a member of our world-class People Analytics team, the Senior Manager, Insight Partner has the opportunity to convert global data into answers at scale. You'll contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects that not only advance our company's mission but also challenge your abilities and grow your skills in an innovative science company. You'll get to work alongside a strong team to design approaches for efficiently connecting data, apply diverse methods to uncover hidden patterns, and share data-driven narratives with a wide variety of audiences, including leaders, HR business partners, even the public.

The salary range for this position is : $182,070.00 - $235,620.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
