Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Analyst (Level III)

Will conduct Supply Chain Risk Management analysis within the SCRM branch. Duties may include :

• Conduct daily research to gather, assimilate, evaluate and interpret information concerning intelligence, terrorism and espionage threats against NGA supply chain, to include programs, technology and information systems and / or facilities and the National System for GEOINT (NSG).
• Engagement with the NGA SCRM Program Management Office to coordinate efforts on areas of mutual concern.
• Conduct Software Whitelist Assurance Process analysis. Review software and conduct threat assessments of commercial enterprises and certain of its officers prior to integration to identify foreign ownership, control and influence.
• Conduct Company Threat Assessments. Identify commercial connections to foreign threats to all missions and systems of the NSG.
• Support Cooperative Research and Development Agreements. Engage commercial and academic partners to provide intelligence support to specific research requirements.
• Participate in Program Accelerators. Seek direct engagement with commercial and academic partners in the advancement of GEOINT.
• Support Major Systems Acquisitions with intelligence analysis on foreign threats to U.S. Government research, development and procurement.
