At Russell Landscape, we don't just install landscapes—we bring visions to life. As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you'll lead crews in executing high-end commercial and residential landscape construction projects that include hardscapes, irrigation systems, plant installations, grading, and more. We're looking for an experienced leader who can read plans, track production, manage materials, and make safety a top priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform work with a crew in all phases of landscape construction including hardscape, landscape, irrigation, and grading.
• Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and site plans with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure job progress aligns with schedule and specifications.
• Track production and report daily progress.
• Manage materials onsite to ensure timely delivery, accurate counts, and secure storage.
• Ensure jobsite safety through proactive training, daily safety checks, and enforcement of OSHA and company standards.
• Operate a variety of equipment including skid steers, excavators, and trenchers
• Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and clients.
• Lead by example with a focus on quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
