Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

This community hospital in Northwest Illinois is looking to add a permanent, employed NP or PA to one of its affiliated Family Medicine clinics in a nearby town. Location wise, this is in a rural area roughly an hour from Rockford, the Quad Cities, and Dubuque.

Here are a few details :

• Hospital employed position with full benefits package.
• Established, busy clinic joining one other provider currently there.
• Base salary range is $120,000-$180,000 plus bonus potential.
• Ideal candidates will have prior APP experience and enjoy a more rural setting.
