Property Maintenance Technician, West Des Moines, IA

The Property Maintenance Technician will help our growing company achieve success by keeping the our properties, buildings, and grounds in best in class condition and by providing excellent customer service to our tenants. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Responsibilities include : working under limited supervision following standardized practices and / or methods; providing information and / or advising others; and operating within a defined budget. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel. The Maintenance Technician must be mechanically inclined with a substantial background in building maintenance. Maintenance and repair abilities include :

Experience :

2 years or more of job related experience is required. Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be given priority during the interview process.

Hours :

8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Monday through Friday with occasional on-call and weekend hours.

Clearances :

Background check, must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
