A minimum of 3 years of experience in Optical retail sales is required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide concierge-style service to a sophisticated clientele
Drive individual and team sales while exceeding KPIs
Stay current with fashion trends and offer expert styling advice
Build lasting relationships through client outreach and follow-up
Maintain showroom standards for cleanliness and merchandising
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless luxury experiences
Support nearby boutiques as needed flexibility is essential

Qualifications

Dispensing license preferred

Minimum 3 years of optical retail sales experience

Strong communication and client education skills

Professional, polished, and solution-oriented

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales

Passion for fashion and luxury eyewear

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $30 / hr for non-licensed. Starting at $35 / hr for LDOs. Commission in addition to the salary or hourly rate.
