Title : Field Engineering Specialist (Field-based role with travel)

Location : Milford, CT

Job type : Full-time

Travel : Daily travel with up to 25% overnight travel; ideal candidate would reside in Connecticut.

The Opportunity

• Roche Support Network provides exceptional support to customers.
• You will travel and demonstrate expertise in technical repair and installation for Roche assigned product lines.
• You will provide service to laboratory customers in your assigned territory.
• Role involves routine technical support, on-site service, repair, and installation of Roche products.
• You will be a customer contact for technical and service-related issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures; document activities and contribute to quality improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.

Salary and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Connecticut is $68,900 – $127,900 annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
