Senior Architect

We are currently searching for an Architectural Associate with 10 - 15+ years of experience to work in our Naples office. Expected salary range to be commensurate with experience. This position is for our residential team.

EXPECTATIONS :

• A professional degree in Architecture
• Expertise in all phases of project design, construction documentation production and construction materials
• Expertise in local building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
• Advanced understanding of project management process
• Highly skilled in BIM, CAD, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Microsoft
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of junior staff
• Problem solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, actively mentoring others
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
