About the Position
As the Social Media Motion and Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Art Director to bring a unified and captivating vision to life across various social media platforms. You are an expert in social media aesthetics and keep a finger on the pulse of emerging trends and industry developments. Your role is crucial in creating visually compelling content that resonates with consumers and aligns with brand strategy, ensuring that storytelling through social media is both engaging and impactful.
Your Responsibilities
Work with the Art Director to transform creative ideas into executed concepts for video and photography tailored for social media, following category leads to deliver optimal solutions.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships to create a collaborative work environment.
Ensure high creative standards across all projects, regardless of size.
Coordinate with creative operations to meet project specifications, manage the review process, and adhere to deadlines.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all creative assets while infusing innovative and fresh ideas.
Contribute as a key team member among a pool of top-tier creatives.
Stay informed on social trends and best practices within the industry.
Engage in the creation process for still and motion content from strategy development to post-production.
Participate actively in photoshoots and video sessions; you may take on directing roles to ensure alignment with the visual style and brand messaging.
Provide constructive feedback on creative assets, ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic and narrative.
Collaborate effectively with content creators, videographers, and editors to uphold exceptional standards in visual storytelling.
Are You the Right Fit?
3+ years of relevant production experience.
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Required Skills
Innovative problem solver with the ability to clearly communicate creative concepts and solutions.
Strong understanding of design as a means of effective communication.
Capabilities to fulfill business objectives through impactful design.
Proficient presentation and collaboration skills to effectively pitch ideas and incorporate feedback.
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut; experience with FinalCut Pro, Keynote, Canva, and Figma is a plus.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $96,000 to $105,000 annually, with additional bonus eligibility and benefits.
