Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all incoming shipments for correct part numbers, revisions, quantities, HAZMAT documentation, SDS compliance, and potential damage.
• Transact receipts in the ERP system (NetSuite) and route materials to inspection, stockroom, or requestors.
• Coordinate with buyers, engineers, requestors, and quality teams to resolve receiving discrepancies.
• Maintain strict part traceability and documentation in compliance with FAA, aerospace, and internal regulatory standards.
• Prepare, package, and ship parts, hardware, and materials via parcel, LTL, and freight.
• Generate shipping documents, labels, bills of lading, and traceability records within the ERP system.
• Track outbound shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with domestic, international, and HAZMAT shipping standards.
• Store and issue raw materials, parts, and hardware according to established procedures.
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate ERP-based inventory and availability reports.
• Conduct kitting operations and ensure inventory accuracy through barcode scanning and labeling.
• Organize controlled inventory storage systems, ensuring FIFO and shelf-life rotation compliance.
• Support production and engineering teams with timely material movement to meet schedule demands.
• Publish regular reporting on inventory availability and provide KPI metrics to management.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and related warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled inventory storage / receiving environment.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects to optimize inventory accuracy, material flow, and ERP reporting processes.
• Regularly utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and standard office equipment for communication, reporting, and documentation.
