Security Officer - Cre Patrol Unarmed Pt

As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Unarmed PT in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication and a caring approach. Pay Rate : $17.62 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeSat10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AMSun10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, property damage, or unusual activity, to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and / or assisting with visitor management as required.
  • Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly, following Allied Universal and client site standards.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
