Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

• Provides support to senior bankers.
• Develops client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis, and drafting.
• Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
• Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis.
• Supports product partners and monitors the entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
• Adheres to compliance procedures and internal / operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure, and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range :

Minimum : $131,250.00 USD

Maximum : $225,000.00 USD

Working Conditions : Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking is required for this role. Depending on location, occasional moving and lifting light equipment and / or furniture may be required.
