POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administration Assistant will play a vital role in managing and facilitating the Franchise Renewal Process for our Franchise Partners. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the seamless renewal of franchise agreements, maintaining positive relationships with franchisees, and driving growth of the brand. In addition, the Administration Assistant, alongside the Compliance Process Manager, will work with Franchise Partners through the non-renewal process while ensuring brand standards continue to be upheld.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Educate, lead and support Franchise Partners throughout renewal or non-renewal process to ensure timely execution and brand standards are maintained throughout
- Collaborate with franchisees to discuss renewal terms, address concerns, and negotiate terms that align with both parties' interests
- Regularly conducts audits to ensure execution of renewal and compliance standards and identify violations
- Conduct analysis on franchisee performance, identifying key factors that influence renewal decisions
- Manage reports on franchise renewal rates, providing insights to Compliance Process Manager for strategic decision-making
- Maintain documentation of all renewal activities in internal systems, schedule and manage follow-up actions
- Process all franchise renewal documentation, including initial communication, follow-up communication, system documentation, filing, and importing into applicable business systems
- Proactively work with team members to identify areas of renewal concerns and work toward viable solutions as well as follow and review all protocols currently in place under the guidance of the Compliance Process Manager
- Prepare and review franchise renewal documentation, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met
- Address franchisee inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating a commitment to fostering positive long-term partnerships
- Provide recommendations for improvements to the franchise renewal process based on industry best practices
