Total Compensation : $64,000–$73,000 DOE

Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a dynamic, experienced Property Manager to oversee operations across 2 apartment communities (126 units total for Carriage Hill Apartments and Flats on 70th) in Thornton. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll cultivate a strong team culture, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and lead with purpose.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams

  • Manage operations, maintenance, leasing, and financial performance

    • You Bring :

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
  • Strong supervisory and team development skills
  • Solid understanding of fair housing laws, leasing processes, and property management regulations
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Yardi, and Rent Café
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
