job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMust be US Citizen or have Permanent Resident Card Highschool diploma or equivalent; Higher education is a plus Strong knowledge and application of geometric tolerancing Ability to set-up and run Vertical and Horizontal CNC Lathes with minimal supervision CNC Mill operating experience is highly preferred (Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing is preferred) Expert skill in precision measuring equipment Proficient ability to read blueprints supporting Aerospace industries Must have expertise with the precision machining of critical aerospace hardware including castings, and forgings ranging from aluminum to high nickel alloys. Ability to properly prioritize workload based on communication from QC and CNC managers Excellent organization skills, written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Team oriented, possessing the ability to work cohesively with others to accomplish assigned responsibilities. CNC Mill Operator – (2nd Shift)
Position Type : Direct Hire
Position Location : Phoenix, AZ
Position Salary : $25 / HR - $40 / HR – (Depending on Experience) + $1 / HR shift differential
Position Shift : 2nd Shift : 2 : 00 pm – 10 : 00 pm, Monday – Friday + OT (including Saturdays, as needed)
of Openings : Responsibilities :
- Set up and initial program validation. Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing.
- Perform inspection and validation of key features at CNC machines.
- Ability to adapt to changing work priorities and successfully overcome machining obstacles.
- Collaboration with engineering / programing / management for machining optimization and fixture design.
- Work in a fast paced, fluid environment
- Promote a positive image of the company
