Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lathe Operator located in Seattle, WA. The Lathe Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines, interpreting technical and engineering drawings, performing milling operations, and ensuring machine maintenance. The role involves working with complex geometries and ensuring the production of high-precision components for aerospace and defense projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings interpretation
• Experience with Machine Operation and Milling
• Ability to perform routine Maintenance on lathe machines
• Attention to detail and precision in machinery work
• Prior experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are beneficial
