Senior Recruiter
Members of our Human Resources team, along with those in learning and culture, office support, and administrative assistant rolesincluding executive assistants and other key support functionsplay a vital part in both big-picture strategy and day-to-day operations. These teams are responsible for recruiting, developing, and supporting a talented and diverse workforce, as well as shaping our culture through programs focused on learning, growth, and engagement. From coordinating executive calendars and supporting effective meetings to designing impactful development programs and negotiating vendor contracts, their contributions are essential to helping the organization achieve its goals.
As a Senior Recruiter at Johnsonville, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting senior-level and hard-to-fill talent across geographies. You'll shape inclusive hiring strategies, source transformational leaders, and deliver a positive, seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
This role requires agility, confidence, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of diverse talent markets. By partnering with leaders across the enterprise, from Supply Chain and Operations to Commercial, R&D, and Corporate Functions (Finance, IT, etc.) you'll provide innovative talent solutions that fuel Johnsonville's growth and embody the Johnsonville Way.
