This role supports students with IEPs in a special education or student-centered setting for the 20252026 school year. Position Details

Location : Columbus, GA

Schedule : Flexible | Part-Time to Full-Time (up to 37.5 hours / week) | ASAP 5 / 21 / 2026

Setting : Onsite

Classroom / Caseload Type : Determined by candidate experience and district needs

Student Caseload : Varies based on experience and district assignment

Pay Range : $38.00 $50.00 per hour

Typical Job Duties

Provide individualized speech and language therapy to students with IEPs

Develop and implement therapy plans to support communication goals

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes

Monitor student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities

Create a supportive, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Active Georgia SLP License

Experience working with school-aged students preferred

Strong communication, organization, and professional skills
