The Americano is North Scottsdale’s destination for elevated Italian-inspired steak and seafood. We’re not just serving dinner—we’re curating experiences. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and deliver exceptional guest service while supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead with presence on the floor, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences.
- Uphold and model service standards, coaching staff to achieve consistency and excellence.
- Partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef on cost control, labor management, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee floor operations : staff deployment, reservations, pacing, and guest recovery.
- Support POS system oversight, inventory control, and ordering accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to FOH staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
