Job Description
Service Assistant / Detailer is an important position in the Service Department. Their responsibilities help keep the Service Department and its Technicians working at peak productivity and efficiency. Their detailing responsibilities, helps keep Sales Department customer satisfaction high, with the delivery of clean new and used equipment.
Responsibilities
Primary
- Detail New & Used Equipment
- Rinse off and prepare incoming customer equipment for service
- Assist in preparing sales and service equipment for delivery
- Assist in loading and unloading, incoming and outgoing equipment
- Keep the shop clean and organized
- Keep lot Clean and Organized
- When needed, help Technicians complete their duties
