Senior Engagement Leader

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Leader specializing in commercial aircraft Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) and / or Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the direct technical interface with customers, building trust and understanding their unique problems to identify custom solutions

Develop and manage proposals, including Statements of Work and contracts, ensuring project completion in terms of quality, schedule, and budget

Prospect and develop business opportunities, leveraging existing capabilities and forming partnerships to meet customer needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of airline M&E and / or MRO work experience

At least 5 years in a Senior Management or Executive leadership role at an airline, MRO, or similar business

Experience in forming and leading multifunctional teams

Technical or Management Consulting experience is preferred

Knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations is desirable
