Job Description

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, showcasing your technical knowledge and professionalism
• Interpret customer requirements and guide internal teams to create effective, application-specific solutions
• Collaborate closely with design, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Attend customer site visits, trade shows, and industry events to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities
• Help uncover emerging markets and business development prospects
• Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date for effective reporting and opportunity tracking

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical sales or applications engineering withiin a manufacturing space
• Experience with MIE Trak ERP or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous, other ERP / CRM experience required
• Willing to travel to customer sites and industry events and tradeshows
• Strong communication skills and self-motivated personality

What's on Offer

• Base salary ranging from $80,000 - $95,000, depending on experience
• Discretionary bonus paid out annually
