LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring an experienced Tax Director to join our client in North Oklahoma City, OK.

The Tax Director will be responsible for overseeing the Tax team, providing technical guidance, leading quality control efforts, collaborating with partners and managers to improve workflows, and ensuring compliance. This role requires at least 7 years of public accounting experience.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee tax team and manage team workflows
• Provide technical guidance for complex individual, business and multi-state tax matters
• Support client-facing tax engagements
• Ensure accurate and compliant tax filings
• Provide support for the tax team, including training, mentoring and development
• Work closely with partners and managers to manage deadlines and improve workflows
• Identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications :
