Develop and execute a strategic account plans that provide clarity on how you can expand business within specific accounts. Lead consultative sales processes with prospective and current customers, aligning their business objectives with our product and service offerings. Establish and nurture relationships with executive sponsors, champions, and key decision-makers within customer organizations. Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure that customer expectations align with our product roadmap and service capabilities. Advocate for new product features and share customer insights with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development teams. Represent Blue Mountain at industry and cloud provider events, showcasing our deep expertise in Life Sciences Manufacturing. Travel to key geographies to meet with and develop customer and prospect relationships. 5+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive with proven success 3-5 Years selling SaaS into Life Sciences Strategic thinker with a talent for problem-solving and negotiating win-win solutions. Ability to present to C-Suite clients with confidence and polish. Demonstrated success in building trust with executive sponsors and decision-makers. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong technical acumen and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Sugar) and LinkedIn. BS / BA degree or equivalent. Exceptional interpersonal skills and fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
