Implement care plans, including medication administration and clinical treatments. Document all patient care activities. Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, and families. Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene and nutrition. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Evaluate and educate patients and families based on their unique needs. Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Supervise daily staffing assignments and provide mentorship to staff. Ensure compliance with departmental policies and facilitate staff development. Lead the resolution of complex issues and complaints. Associate's Degree in Nursing (required) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) Current RN license to practice in Kentucky 2 years of critical care experience Certifications : BCLS; ACLS & PALS as per unit requirements
