Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a dedicated Freelance Chat Support Clerk to join our team at ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP. As a key player in the Outsourcing / Offshoring industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chat support services to our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via chat support
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements :

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service or chat support is a plus
  • Proficiency in typing and using chat support software

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
