Employee Health Coverage, 100% paid by the company. 401K with Company Match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%. All projects within 60 minutes of Richmond!
We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our Special Projects team , focusing on tenant upfits and fast-paced interiors work. You'll support project managers with submittals, procurement, and administrative coordination - playing a key role in helping projects run smoothly from kickoff to closeout.
What You'll Do
- Assist with project administration, submittals, and document tracking
- Coordinate procurement and manage material logistics
- Support communication with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Help ensure deadlines and quality standards are met across multiple jobs
