Global Trade Compliance Director

A company is looking for a Global Director, Trade Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage global compliance with import and export processes according to relevant laws and regulations

Lead relationships with customs brokers and oversee performance monitoring

Conduct risk assessments and provide compliance training to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

10+ years of experience in global trade compliance, preferably in the life sciences industry

Strong knowledge of EAR and related regulations

Expertise in classification for life science and medical device hardware and software

Proficiency in U.S. government authorization systems and Microsoft Office Suite
