Inside Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate leadership for further development and closure
- Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding panel sales prospects
- Teaming with channel partners to build sales pipelines and close deals
- Performing sales presentations and developing ongoing documentation
- Partnering with sales leaders to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals
- Managing all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses on sales proposals
- Collecting and documenting competitive intelligence
- Resolving issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Liaise with managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Reporting on sales metrics and suggesting improvements
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Qualifications and Experience
