Assembler - Manufacturing

Core Responsibilities :

• Assemble / disassemble mold components including cores, cavities, base plates, sliders, lifters, and ejector systems according to engineering specifications and drawings.
• Inspect, clean, and prepare components for assembly, ensure all parts meet quality standards.
• Set up and assemble molds in a timely manner, meet deadlines.
• Produce high quality products.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Support an environment of growth and enthusiasm with other associates.
• Perform precision fitting using manual tools and equipment.
• Verify clearances, alignment, and operation of moving parts in assembled molds.
• Perform all necessary documentation throughout the building of the mold.
• Be able to evaluate and recommend modifications / adjustments for the mold fitting.
• Ensures conformance to specifications utilizing CMM, height gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices to adjust tools, to produce drawing specified dimensions and ensure overall quality.
