About the Role :

Are you passionate about helping students succeed? We are seeking a Learning Support Paraprofessional to assist students with learning disabilities or academic challenges in both general and special education settings. You will work closely with teachers to implement accommodations, support classroom instruction, and promote student independence.

Key Responsibilities :

Instructional Support :

• Provide one-on-one or small group academic support in reading, writing, and math.
• Assist students with assignments, comprehension, and study skills.
• Adapt materials to ensure accessibility for diverse learners.
• Utilize assistive technology and visual aids to enhance learning.

Student Supervision & Documentation :

Qualifications :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience : Prior experience working with students in a school setting (preferred).
