Additional responsibilities include assisting with guest inquiries, verifying tickets for entry, and providing service recovery when needed.

The starting rate : $16.00 / Per Hour

The day-to-day :

  • Sell, upsell, and cross-sell tickets for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions across all properties
  • Process orders and will-call while providing prompt, courteous service
  • Accurately handle and balance a cash drawer, processing ticket sales with various payment types
  • Answer guest questions and provide detailed information about property facilities, services, and event details
  • Verify tickets before entry into events and exhibits
  • Answer multi-line telephones using proper etiquette

Box Office Details :

  • Hours of operation : 1 : 00 PM 10 : 30 PM daily (May work before / after these times for opening and closing procedures)

    • The ideal candidate :

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
  • Six (6) months of Box Office, Theater and / or Ticketing experience preferred
  • Previous guest-facing customer service and cash handling experience preferred
