CRI is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our team supporting a high-profile Federal Government client in Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional to contribute to meaningful government initiatives while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Paralegal, you'll play a key role in supporting legal program areas across a wide range of activities from legal research to event coordination. Your work will help ensure legal processes run smoothly, and that training, documentation, and administrative systems are sharp, clear, and effective.

Core Responsibilities

Legal Program Support

• Conduct legal research using legal databases and public information tools
• Draft, edit, and prepare legal documentation, exhibits, charts, and memoranda
• Assist attorneys and federal personnel in meetings and consultations
• Develop training content and materials for events, webinars, and conferences
• Track and manage surveys, evaluations, and responses
• Coordinate responses with US Attorneys for Congressional Inquiries

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

(A Master's degree may substitute for work experience)

Must NOT be in default on any Federal Student Loans or defaulted loans that are guaranteed by the federal government (typically 270 days past due)

Preferred

(Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of certification)
