Business Transactions Tax Associate Attorney (Tampa)

Salary : $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on the federal and state tax implications of business dealings, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- Lead in tax strategizing, planning, and compliance for various corporate and partnership structures.
- Draft and review critical tax documents such as partnership and operating agreements.
- Research complex tax issues and offer detailed analyses and solutions.
- Closely collaborate with colleagues in the corporate legal sector on various business transactions, ensuring tax efficiency and compliance.
