We're looking for an Engineering Manager Solutions to own the delivery of a complex, cross-team solution from concept to launch. This is a hybrid technical and leadership role : you will directly manage a small engineering team, define and uphold the technical vision, and coordinate execution across multiple internal and external teams.

You'll be the single point of accountability for ensuring the solution is technically sound, delivered on time, and aligned with strategic goals.

• Work with architect to define and maintain the end-to-end architecture for the solution.
• Make informed technical trade-offs that balance quality, speed, and maintainability.
• Ensure technical alignment and interoperability across all contributing teams.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture reviews when needed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,050.00 - $244,575.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
