Skills

Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required

Proof of current CPR certification - Required

Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required

1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required

Previous home care experience - Preferred

HCHB EMR preferred
