Senior Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to manage and support an enterprise electronic faxing system.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform daily checks of the Faxcom system, troubleshoot issues, and communicate system health

Manage end-user requests and issues via ServiceNow, ensuring timely responses and resolutions

Comply with corporate standards and policies while supporting the Faxcom system

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience in Faxcom administration

Experience with SQL scripting and PowerShell

Knowledge of telephony and network protocols related to Faxcom

ITIL certification preferred
