Electrical Division Manager

Halco Home Solutions and Halco MEP "_Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing_" is

currently seeking a seasoned and licensed electrician to step into a key leadership role

as the head of our Electrical Division. With over 41 years of service excellence and a

mission to deliver energy-efficient home solutions, we proudly service residential and

commercial clients across more than 23 counties in Upstate New York from our

locations in location in Rochester, Phelps, Syracuse and Ithaca NY.

As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for a dynamic individual with the

technical expertise, management experience, and leadership vision to oversee and

expand our electrical operations. This is a unique opportunity for an established

professional to join a reputable, forward-thinking company with a commitment to

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications :

Possess a valid Master Electrician license in one or more Local Cities such as

but not limited to : Rochester, Syracuse, Ithaca, Auburn, Fulton, and

Binghamton, New York. With the ability and desire to obtain further electrical

license's in other counties throughout our service area

Have a minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on electrical experience ,

including residential, commercial, and renewable energy applications.

Demonstrated experience managing electrical teams and overseeing

department operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.

Proven knowledge of the 2020 Building Code of New York State as well as

the 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.

Ability to estimate projects, review plans, procure materials , and

coordinate with other trades.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and train

junior electricians and apprentices.

Commitment to workplace safety , continuing education, and quality assurance.

Proficient in using project management and CRM software systems.

Valid NYS Driver's License with a clean driving record.

This is a management position, and any candidate would be expected to join our

management team. Salary of up to $100k based on previous job experience and

licenses held. A company car will be provided upon start of work.
