Job Title : Technical - Research Support Technician

Assignment Description

• Creating documents needed for collecting data for Consumer Product Studies.
• Process collected data and load to the database.
• Manipulate and work with data in Excel Spreadsheets.
• Key data from source documents.
• Learn applications and processes in order to problem solve and dive into issues that may occur.
• While this position is a data entry role, there are various other tasks that may be required :
• Setting up electronic questionnaires
• Using QuarkXPress for paper backups
• Filing study materials for record retention

Work Arrangements

Position is hybrid and on-site during weeks with physical paper records / files in the facility. Other work can be done remotely as needed. Schedule is flexible; onsite presence is typically required in the same timeframe as the direct manager (usually until about 2pm).

Hours will average roughly 12-15 hours / week (not full-time). The candidate will eventually split hours between multiple assignments / POs in Beeline and should have a technical understanding of how that would work.

This position is not just data entry; it requires a technical mindset to understand data quality, troubleshoot issues, and think creatively to identify when something does not look right.
