Community Manager Responsibilities

• Personnel Management : screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff; maintain staff schedules and assignments; address performance issues.
• Financial Management : achieve net operating income through cost control and revenue improvement; develop yearly budgets and forecasts; reconcile deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices; ensure accurate property closeout reports.
• Strategic Leasing Management : develop yearly marketing plans; lead effective leasing techniques and resident retention programs; manage resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Administrative & Maintenance Management : provide excellent customer service; monitor service request turnaround; maintain property appearance; manage emergency response and maintenance activities.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

License / Equipment

Reliable transportation required for on‑call emergency response.

Salary Range

$75,000 – $80,000 per year.
