Sales Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager (Commercial P&C Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between the Business Development team and Salesforce consultants

Ensure team members have the necessary tools and training to perform effectively

Review Salesforce data and metrics to monitor team performance and production goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 5+ years' previous sales and / or marketing experience

1+ years experience in a supervisory or management role

Experience in the commercial insurance industry
