2nd Shift Group Leader, Production

Reporting to the Production Leadership Team , the Group Lead (Supervisor) is responsible for leading and developing a team of production associates while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in the mixing, filling, and packaging of chemical products. This role will be based on-site in Elk Grove, IL

In this role, a typical day will look like :

• Supervising, coaching, and training production associates on shift
• Performing laboratory testing of finished products per work instructions
• Monitoring production procedures through hourly / daily management systems
• Reviewing and resolving equipment issues and escalating when necessary
• Enforcing plant safety standards and ISO compliance
• Tracking team performance using data entry and analysis tools
