Role at a glance — Senior Art Director (Senior Creative Services Lead) (hybrid role based in Chicagoland area).

What you’ll do

• Translate business objectives into breakthrough creative concepts; design high-impact assets across campaigns, event experiences, social content and video.
• Partner with brand and content teams to evolve brand identity and visual storytelling strategy.
• Provide art direction, mentorship and feedback to junior team members; guide design execution across web, motion graphics, video storyboarding, presentations and other formats; champion experimentation with new media.
• Lead creative presentations to senior stakeholders, articulating strategy and execution and aligning with firm priorities.
• Collaborate with vendors, freelancers and agency partners to ensure quality and brand alignment.
• Stay ahead of design and technology trends, including AI-enabled tools, motion design and digital-first storytelling.
