job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGather, analyze, or evaluate information from multiple sources to locate assets (e.g., credit bureaus, Carfax, Auto Check, and other subscriptions). Use GPS / Telementics and LPR systems to trace vehicle location histories. Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities. Work closely with credit union and insurance personnel. Perform in-depth people / vehicle location searches. Perform skip-tracing activities in accordance with FDCPA, state and local collections laws. Handle inbound / outbound skip calls and use multiple internet avenues to locate consumers while meeting production goals. Maintain clear and updated account documentation and coding on skip-tracing location processes. Follow skip processes and procedures. Experience with Microsoft Office 2 years auto skip tracing experience Strong communication skills Experience interacting with business clients via phone / email Strong attention to detail Good attendance Must pass criminal background check Understanding of FDCPA, FCRA and TCPA Good verbal and written skills Ability to negotiate Entry level Full-time Management and Manufacturing

Position details
Full Time (IN OFFICE) position. Minimum 2 years of experience in auto skip tracing. This is not collections or sales; however the role involves inbound / outbound phone contact with customers, field agents, and clients. Top skip tracers earn $2,400-$6,500 per month (base pay plus bonus). This position is for money-motivated applicants only. Work week is Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. No mandatory nights or weekends. Hourly base pay plus monthly bonus based on individual performance. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. Paid training. Growth opportunities available. Fun, laid-back professional environment.
